At iXtreme Services, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Digital Services Disclaimer

All services provided by iXtreme Services are digital and customized.
Once work on a project has started, the service is considered in progress and resources are allocated specifically to the client.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started

  • Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)

  • A written agreement explicitly includes a refund clause

Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already started on the project

  • The project is delayed due to lack of client response or content

  • The client changes their mind after project initiation

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than agreed scope

  • Services already delivered or partially completed

4. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • No refund will be provided for completed or ongoing work

  • Any remaining unpaid balance may still be due depending on progress

5. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs (such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, licenses, or external services) are non-refundable once purchased.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension and termination.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

iXtreme Services reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
